FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

We provide an optional 30 minute screening to get your questions/concerns answer before you schedule an initial evaluation.

-Initial evaluation : This is the first step to figuring out what are the areas of concern, setting goals and determining how long our sessions will be.

-Therapy: We will work on the goals we set in our initial evaluation and occasional homework.

How do I get started?

2

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Will my appointment be virtual (telehealth) or in-person?

3

We use a hybrid model for seeing patients, which includes both telehealth and in-person sessions. These virtual appointments allowed us to prevent any interruptions to you or your family member's care. We received so much positive feedback with this model as families were able to engage in therapy alongside their child and stay at home. We will continue to see clients both virtually and in-person to give you the flexibility and benefits of both models of intervention.

What role do parents play in their child's therapy?

4

We ask that whenever possible, a parent or guardian is present and in the same room for in-person and telehealth sessions for the duration of the appointment. Instead of waiting in the reception area for in-person appointments, or being off-camera for telehealth sessions, you will be directly involved in your child's therapy.

Currently we are private pay for until we are in network with: Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Mountain Health Co-Op, Regence, and Select Health.

Please contact us to inquire more about our private pay rates and we can provide a sliding scale.
